10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at the Norwood Fairgrounds Coliseum, 56 Alma St. in Norwood. The show will feature vendors offering gemstones, minerals, fossils and related displays. Admission and parking are free.

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will feature electric vehicle test drives through Plug’n Drive’s Electric Vehicle Roadshow, along with exhibitors focused on home electrification, renewable energy, heat pumps and local incentive programs. Admission is free.

Northminster United Church will host its annual Muffin Party from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The event will feature muffins, tea and coffee, along with baked goods, crafts, plants, books, puzzles, and frozen soups and entrées available for purchase. Admission is $5 at the door. Children are admitted free.

Farmhill Weddings, 2709 Dillon Rd. in Peterborough, will host Country Night on the Farm on Friday, May 22 from 7 to 10 p.m. The event will feature guided line dancing for beginner and intermediate dancers in a barn setting. Parking is available on-site.

Peterborough Theatre Guild will host Wayside Academy’s student production of Pride and Prejudice on Thursday, May 21 and Friday, May 22 at 7 p.m. The performance brings Jane Austen’s classic story of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy to the stage through a cast of local high school students.

Take Cover Books at 59 Hunter St. E. will host a book launch for Nova Scotia author Jeff Miller’s debut novel Temporary Palaces on Thursday, May 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. The event will also feature local author Devon Code in conversation. The Kawartha Quiltmakers’ Guild will present its 2026 Quilt Show and Sale, Feelings in Fabric, at the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre. The show runs Friday, May 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, May 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature quilt displays, vendors, demonstrations

The stand-up show will feature touring comedians performing live. Tickets are $30.

The Meet Your Match volunteer fair will take place Wednesday, May 6 from noon to 5 p.m. at Peterborough Square Mall, 360 George St. N., lower level. The event connects community members with local non-profit organizations seeking volunteers. Admission is free for those interested in volunteering.
